6 chicken breasts with skin
1 bunch of fresh thyme
1 bunch of fresh rosemary
8 garlic cloves, no skin
8 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
2 cm of freshly grated ginger
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 lemons, washed ale thinly sliced
2 glasses of white wine


Place chicken breasts in baking pan and start preparing marinade. Grind fresh herbs with salt, garlic, ginger and oil in a mortar. Rub marinade in the meat and place lemon slices. If you have time, place the entire meal in a fridge for a couple of hours. Preheat oven to 220°C and bake for 30 minutes. From time to time, water the chicken with baking juices. After the meat browns lightly, add wine. Bake for another 20-30 minutes. Then, check with a toothpick if the meat is already baked If meat juices are transparent, it means that you can already enjoy prepared dish.
