2 cloves of garlic
larger bunch of fresh basil
50 g pine nuts
3/4 glass of virgin olive oil
50 g parmesan
half a teaspoon of salt


It is the best to use mortar to prepare traditional pesto, but you can simply blend ingredients if you do not have it.
