Spaghetti Bolognese

Servings: 4

Time: 30 minutes

Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients

1 onion
2 twigs of fresh rosemary
500 g minced beef
200 ml red wine
280g jar of sundried tomatoes
2 cans of tomatoes
500 g dried spaghetti
parmesan
olive oil
salt
black pepper

Recipe:

Heat up olive oil in a pan and fry: chopped fresh rosemary, garlic and onion. Add minced beef and fry until it is really browned, then add the wine. Reduce the fire and let the entire thing boil. In the meantime, take sundried tomatoes out of the marinade and chop finely so that they have a spread consistency. Add it to ingredients on the frying pan. Then add canned tomatoes and mix properly. Once all the sauce ingredients are together, season them with sugar, salt and pepper. Leave the sauce to simmer, let it boil until volume is reduced. Boil spaghetti noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain it and keep a few tablespoons of boiling water to add it to the sauce. It'll make pasta stick better. Add the pasta in the sauce so that all the ingredients can blend perfectly. Serve with finely grated parmesan.
