Herb Tabbouleh with pomegranate juice

Ingredients:

400 g of bulgur wheat
1 bundle of spring onions
120 ml of olive oil
3 lemons
1 large handful of mint and basil
lettuce leaves
sea salt
black pepper

Sauce ingredients:

a few twigs of fresh thyme
6 tablespoons of pomegranate juice
3/4 glass of pomegranate
4 tablespoons of olive oil
sea salt





Recipe:

Cook bulgur wheat according to recipe on the packaging. Drain and place in the serving bowl. Feather spring onion and then add to wheat. Season the entire thing with olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper. Add several microleaves of lettuce, mint leaves and basil to the wheat. To prepare the sauce; cut fresh thyme finely and then add pomegranate seeds, juice, add olive oil and sea salt. Mix until ingredients combine. Now you can mix the wheat with prepared sauce, mix well and the salad is ready to serve.
